On February 19, private Hayk Aram Petrosyan was fatally wounded by a gunshot in the the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense.

As reported by the investigative committee, within the framework of criminal proceedings on February 22, Article 522, part 2 clauses 1, 2, 3, Article 519, part 3 clause 1 and Article 524, part 2 clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code and on the basis of immediate suspicion, a conscript, the assistant commander of the combat position was arrested.

In the framework of the criminal proceedings, on February 21, in accordance with Article 522, part 2 clauses 1, 2, 3, Article 520, part 3 clause 1 and Article 524, part 2 clause 1 of the RA Criminal Code, the contract serviceman in charge of the position was also arrested.
