On July 26, at around 4:30 p.m., Murad Seryozha Grigoryan, a soldier of the Nth military unit of the RA Defense Force, was fatally wounded by a firearm.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that due to the insult uttered during the conversation in a combat position about a personal matter between Murad Grigoryan and his fellow soldier, conscript A.H., the latter fired a fatal shot from a gun attached to Murad Grigoryan.
A public criminal prosecution was initiated against A.H., and he was charged under part 1 of Article 155 of the RA Criminal Code.
