A report was received from the Military Police of the RA Ministry of Defense on October 9, 2023 regarding the death of a conscript, Private Narek Nazaryan, as a result of a fatal head injury he received from a rifle shot by a fellow soldier.
Regarding the incident, criminal proceedings were initiated under Article 155, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
