Statistics on Deaths in the RA and NK Armed Forces in the First Half of 2023
From January to June 2023, Peace Dialogue NGO managed to obtain information on 51 death cases registered in the RA and NK Armed Forces.
According to the information provided by the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Republic of Armenia, in the period from 1 January to 30 June 2023, 15 out of 51 deaths of soldiers and contract servicemen of the RA and NK Armed Forces were registered as not related to military service.

It is noteworthy that in the first half of the last two years the number of deaths caused by ceasefire violations have risen dramatically.
