Invitation for Collaboration
Peace Dialogue NGO announces a call for cooperation with representatives of civil society organizations in monitoring the RA Ministry of Defense’s (MoD) activities in the scope of the Action Plan 2020-2022 deriving from the RA National Strategy on Protection of Human Rights (HRAP Action Plan 2020-22).
Two participants from each of the Armenian regions and capital Yerevan will be selected for the participation in the project. The selected participants will take part in a three-day working meeting* to be held in July 2020 and will be involved in development of a specific monitoring methodology. The monitoring group, established after the working meeting, will implement monitoring of the Armenian MoD’s actions in the scope of HRAP Action Plan 2020-22.
The members of the monitoring group will receive honoraria for the monitoring implementation. All expenses for transportation, accommodation and office supplies will be covered by the organization.

*In case of prolongation of the state of emergency due to COVID-19 outbreak, the working meeting will be held remotely with the use of online tools.
