On November 19, 2010, at approximately 12:00pm a fatality was recorded at the first frontier protected by a military unit in the south of Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army. Four temporary soldiers Levon Sos Yesayan (born in 1991 in Berd, Tavush region), Nerses Vardan Galoyan (born in 1991 in Sardarapat, Shirak region), Narek Vardan Sahakyan (born in 1990 in Hrazdan, Kotayk region), and Nver Martik Sargsyan (born in 1991 in Nagorno-Karabakh) were killed in the rapid fire.

Soldier Hazroyan from the same unit was charged with murder of two or more persons under Article 104, Part 2, Point 1 of the Criminal Code, with an attempt to commit murder of two or more persons under Article 34-104, Part 2, Point 1, and with violation of combat duty or combat service rules under Article 365, Part 1.
